Indeed, there were immediate showings of the house because of Tony’s marketing. Unfortunately, a quick sale did not happen. Buyers were put off because the neighbors had many cars which crowded the street. There were also a few ‘lowball’ offers which Tony advised us to decline, even though this delayed his commission. Tony showed his tenacity and determination by: • Placing additional signage directing buyers to the house • • Producing a second high-quality color flyer emphasizing the convenient location of the house. • Adding virtual furniture to the house photos, again at Tony’s effort and expense. The virtual furniture looked real; just like professional staging...even though the house was empty. As a result of Tony’s extra efforts, the house was shown to a total of 40 prospective buyers and eventually sold for slightly less than the asking price. We wholeheartedly recommend Tony. He is an effective and caring salesperson who always had our best interest in mind.
